Your Pophie comes with one charging dock. An extra dock lets you set her down and charge automatically in another room — no cables to plug and unplug.
Pophie is built to stay active on your desk, so we recommend keeping her docked for daily use — off the dock she runs for about an hour. Many owners love carrying her from room to room, and a spare dock means she charges anywhere you set her down.
Set Pophie on the dock and she starts charging on contact — no plugging in. You can also charge her straight from a USB-C cable, but plugging and unplugging gets fiddly, so most people prefer the dock.

- Off the dock, Pophie runs for about an hour, so a docked spot keeps her ready all day.

Order two or more accessories and they ship free — any mix of plush outfits and charging docks, or all outfits. A single accessory ships for $6 USD, and accessories are always free with a Pophie order.

Returns & warranty
Returns — Not the right fit? Contact Pophie Support within 14 calendar days of delivery for a return authorization, then send Pophie back complete and in as-new condition — signed out, factory-reset, with the dock, cable, outfit and original packaging. You cover return shipping; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Warranty — Every Pophie has a 1-year limited warranty from delivery. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we repair, replace, or refund it at our cost — remote help first, a mail-in repair only if needed. Accidental damage, misuse, liquid, and normal wear are not covered.
